Our client, a well-established organization in Wilmington is seeking an Office & Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations. About 30% of the role is basic executive support, while the majority focuses on billing, transaction processing, reconciliation, vendor communication, and office administration.
Location: Wilmington, MA (Onsite)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (in office, does not offer Hybrid)
Compensation: $55,000-$70,000 + full benefits (medical, dental, 401k match, 3 weeks PTO)
